Summary:

Construction and re-construction of water and sanitary sewer main and appurtenance in portions of Saint Andrew Street, Saint Charles Street and Franklin Street between Mt. Rushmore Road and 5^th Street, and in 6^th Street and 7^th Street between Saint Andrew Street and Franklin Street.  Inlay and patching are anticipated for the streets disturbed by utility work.
